Happiness and freedom arise when we accept life as it is \u2013 in all its facets. If we block grief and fear, we also shut ourselves off from joy and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By opening ourselves, we invite vitality and life energy to flow. The more consciously we are present in the now, the freer we are to respond to whatever life brings our way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What holds you back \u2013 and how to release it<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Often, we react not to the Now but to past memories. Old patterns, beliefs, or overwhelming experiences can block our energy, leaving us feeling disconnected, exhausted, or trapped in our circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In coaching, we address exactly this: identifying your blockages, releasing them, and freeing your life energy. This is experience-based \u2013 because real change happens not through understanding, but through direct experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About me<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Fausta \u2013 yoga teacher, retreat host, and coach for authentic living.
My mission is to support people in reconnecting with their true selves \u2013 with the source from which joy, peace, and vitality flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2018, I have completed training in Integral Coaching & Therapy (Academy for Integral Coaching and Therapy), Systemic Constellations (intuitive approach, with Hylke Bonnema), and Logosynthesis\u00ae (Logosynthesis Institute Switzerland). From this diverse background, I have developed a coaching approach that combines psychological healing with liberating awareness work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
