Music and nature have always been my inspiration and passion. Growing up near Freiburg, I spent most of my childhood in the forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two decades later, my studies in architecture brought me to Rio de Janeiro. During a retreat in the rainforest, the magic of music led me to the guitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Years later, while living in Switzerland and working internationally as an SAP consultant, I began dreaming of a place where music could flow freely\u2014a space to create and share, embraced only by the forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That dream became a reality in 2021 when I discovered Steinweiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renovating the space has been a grand adventure, and the event room was our first project. The vision was to create a crystal of healing energy\u2014a sound temple, the heart of Steinweiden, to share this space with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether through sound healing<\/a>, singing, yoga, meditation, dancing, or other transformative practices\u2014feel warmly invited to celebrate the beauty of life!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born in the Netherlands and spent 20 years working as an international corporate lawyer before embarking on a new path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my personal journey, marked by challenges and deep self-reflection, I came to understand that life holds a deeper truth\u2014one that goes far beyond mere self-optimization. Motivated by a desire to fully embrace life and support others on their journeys, I undertook comprehensive training in coaching and yoga. Today, I am a certified Integral Coach & Therapy Practitioner<\/a> and Hatha-Kundalini Yoga teacher<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My experiences inspired me to make bold decisions\u2014one of which was to purchase Steinweiden with Andy to create a retreat center. My goal is to offer people a space in nature where they can pause and reconnect with themselves. I manage the organization and smooth running of the center, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My heartfelt aim is for every guest to feel welcomed and cared for. I lovingly prepare delicious vegetarian dishes that enrich the retreat experience, nourishing both body and soul. It brings me immense joy to offer our beautiful retreat center as a sanctuary for those seeking personal renewal and inner peace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
