Our guests look forward to every meal: three times a day, a lovingly prepared vegan-vegetarian buffet awaits – fresh, colorful, and full of variety. Mealtimes can be adjusted to fit the seminar schedule.

A treat for body and soul

The morning begins with a rich breakfast buffet: yogurt, homemade granola, muesli, fresh fruit salad, a selection of cheeses, crusty bread from our local baker, scrambled eggs with vegetables, and more.

At lunchtime, we serve warm dishes and vibrant salads – seasonal, in harmony with the weather and the retreat program. Midday meals can be a little heartier, since the digestive fire is at its peak. At the same time, every dish is nourishing, light, and easy to digest. And of course, a sweet finale such as freshly baked cake is always included.

Evenings bring lighter fare with less raw food, so you can end the day with ease and sleep well on a calm stomach. A delicate dessert rounds off the meal.

Quality & love

Cooking has been our passion since early on in life. Every ingredient is chosen with care and respect for people and nature. Especially for animal-based or non-local foods, we prefer organic quality.

Fresh spring water, teas, and morning coffee are included. Additional drinks are available in our tea kitchen: soft drinks, beer (alcohol-free and regular), and a fine selection of local wines.

We’re happy when guests take a peek into the kitchen and feel the care and attention to detail that go into every dish. Allergies and special dietary needs are gladly considered.

Advantage for retreat leaders

For you as an organizer, it’s a great relief to know your group is fully cared for. This allows you to focus entirely on your participants and your program, while our meals become part of the retreat itself – nourishing, uplifting, and remembered as one of the highlights of the stay.
